Booking a balloon entertainer: how it works
A good balloon activity starts with your plans. Tell us the date, venue and kind of event. We discuss the artist, timing and practical details so you know what to expect.
From enquiry to personal proposal
Email your preferred start and finish times, children’s ages and numbers. Tell us whether the event is indoors or outdoors, whether visitors arrive throughout the day and who your preferred artist is. Include your theme and any relevant needs.
We check availability and prepare a proposal with the artist, duration, activities and price. Please ask if anything is unclear. An enquiry does not reserve a performance; the booking becomes final through the agreed confirmation process.
Before the celebration
We agree the location, access, supervision and contact person. For an outdoor event, tell us about shelter and your poor-weather alternative. If your timing or child numbers change, let us know promptly so we can review the options.
The balloon entertainer provides the activity. As organiser, you arrange adults to supervise and help any child who needs attention. Extra activities and particular balloon requests are agreed separately.
